Assembly and disassembly of the primary shaft are performed in the same way as assembly and disassembly of the primary shaft of the gearbox type 013 and 093 (see subsection 7.4.2.3). In this case, the gap between the gears and the corresponding locking rings for the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer rings should be 1.10–1.70 mm, for the 3rd and 4th gear synchronizer rings – 1.00–1.70 mm, and for the 5th gear synchronizer ring – 1.00–1.90 mm (the minimum permissible gap is 0.5 mm). Otherwise, the locking ring must be replaced.
