Axial clearance of the synchronizer hub for 1st and 2nd gears is 0.00–0.04 mm. Spare parts are supplied with retaining rings with a thickness of 1.50 to 1.60 mm every 0.05 mm.



Axial clearance of the synchronizer hub of 3rd and 4th gears is 0.00–0.04 mm. Adjusting locking rings with a thickness of 1.50 to 1.62 mm are supplied as spare parts every 0.06 mm.

Axial clearance of 1st gear on secondary shaft is 0.10–0.40 mm.

The axial clearance of the 4th gear on the primary shaft is 0.20–0.35 mm. Adjusting washers with a thickness of 1.65 to 1.75 mm are supplied as spare parts every 0.05 mm.

Axial clearance of the 3rd gear on the secondary shaft is 0.00–0.04 mm. Spare parts are supplied with retaining rings with a thickness of 1.65 to 1.75 mm every 0.05 mm.

Axial clearance of the 4th gear on the secondary shaft is 0.00–0.02 mm. Spare parts are supplied with retaining rings with a thickness of 2.24 to 2.40 mm every 0.02 mm.

The axial clearance between the 2nd and 3rd gears on the primary shaft is 0.10–0.35 mm.
