The manual speed control device is designed to relieve the legs (their relaxation) during long journeys and allows you to automatically maintain any selected speed above 35 km/h, as far as the engine power allows.
Caution: The manual speed control device must not be used in heavy traffic or poor road conditions (ice, gravel, wet road, etc.).
When the device is on and the speed is above 30 km/h, do not switch to neutral without pressing the clutch! The engine will suddenly increase speed and may be damaged.
Manual speed control is operated by step switch "A" and button "B" located on the turn signal and headlight switch lever.
Switching on is accomplished by moving step switch "A" to the "EIN" position.
When the car reaches the required speed, briefly press the "B" button and you can remove your foot from the accelerator pedal.
The car picks up the required speed without the accelerator pedal. To do this, simply press the "B" button and hold it in this position until the required speed is reached.
This is done with the foot gas, after which it will be maintained at a given level by the manual control device. Short-term shutdown occurs automatically when pressing the brake or clutch pedal. This can also be done manually by moving the step switch "A" to the "AUS" position not all the way.
To restore the set speed, you must perform the same actions, only in reverse order, while setting the switch to the "AUFN" position until it stops.
Note: The set speed recovery mode can only be entered if this speed corresponds to the actual road conditions and is not too high for them.
To completely switch off the device, move the step switch "A" all the way to the right (position "AUS") or turn off the ignition.
