Warning. Before checking the pressure accumulators, relieve the pressure in the body position regulator system by unscrewing the distributor bleeder valve.
Checking the left pressure accumulator
Disconnect the pipeline from the right pressure accumulator and connect it to the pressure gauge.
Disconnect the actuator rod from the control valve and fix it in the upper position.
Start the engine and let it idle
Stop the engine when the pressure gauge reaches 30 kg/cm2.
Carefully unscrew the pressure gauge bleed screw until the gauge pointer drops smoothly.
The pressure value from which the pressure gauge needle drops rapidly after a smooth movement. corresponds to the gas filling pressure of the accumulator. which should be within 15-25 kg/cm2.
If the pressure is not within the specified limits, the left pressure accumulator is faulty
Disconnect the pressure gauge from the pipeline. Connect the tubing to the right battery.
Checking the right pressure accumulator
Disconnect the pipeline from the left pressure accumulator and connect it to the pressure gauge. Then do the same operations as when checking the left battery.
Note. It is recommended to replace both pressure accumulators when the gas filling pressure is close to the minimum.
