Basically the throttle actuator is quite sensitive. During all work in the engine compartment, it must be ensured that the draft "gas" didn't break. Though the passage of traction "gas" motors are different, but the principle of their operation is the same. For some engines, the rod runs under the fuel line, while for others it is connected directly next to the expansion bullock of the cooling system.
It rarely happens. to craving "gas" it had to be replaced, but for some work it needs to be disconnected. For this you need:
Disconnect the support and unhook the end of the rod "gas" from the segment on the throttle body (reinforced with bracket). thrust "gas" fastened to the support by means of a fastening bracket, which must not be removed in this case.
After installing the support and connecting the end of the rod, the assistant should press the pedal "gas" and at the same time check that the throttle valve segment cannot move more than 1 mm.
