Gear bearing - replacement
1. Unscrew the four bolts, remove the retaining ring of the outer ring of the bearing, noting the location of the retainers (photo).
2. Knock out the outer race from the bearing carrier, remove the gasket.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, but before that it is necessary to determine the correct thickness of the gasket behind the ring.

4. Before removing the 3X transmission arm, unscrew and remove the retainer from the side of the bearing carrier. The transfer lever is operated by a pin in the 5/3X shift shaft (photo).
5. All fasteners are removed by drilling 6 mm holes and screwing in the bolts, pulling them out (photo).

6. The sleeve can be removed and installed with a soft metal drift.
Input shaft bearing - replacement
7. Remove retaining ring, push bearing into bearing carrier.
8. Before installing a new bearing, first install the circlip, then use a metal tube to push the bearing into the fastener until it contacts the circlip.
