The air conditioner is controlled by the keys to which the control lamps correspond (see photo). The temperature selected for the passenger compartment is set in the center display in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, depending on the position of the switch to C or F.
To increase or decrease the temperature in the passenger compartment, press the keys respectively:
«Warmer» - warmer.
«Cooler» - colder.
Assignment of the keys of the bottom row from right to left:
OFF
Turning off the air conditioner. Air does not enter. Use this button to prevent polluted air or dust from entering the passenger compartment. Do not leave the air conditioner in this position for a long time.
ECON
Use this key when there is no need to lower the interior temperature. Supercharger is off - external cold or warm air enters the passenger compartment. This position of the air conditioner saves fuel. If it is hot in the cabin or the windows fog up, press the button «AUTO».
LO
The fan runs at minimum speed. Heating or cooling of the passenger compartment is less intensive than in the position «AUTO».
AUTO
After selecting the temperature in the cabin, usually +22°C, press the button «AUTO». At cold outside temperatures, heated air enters the passenger compartment through the air intakes under the windshield. This air blows the side windows of the doors and the bottom of the cabin. At high outside temperatures, cooled air enters through the central and side adjustable nozzles. The ventilation mode is set automatically.
HI
The fan is running at maximum speed. The interior is heated or cooled more intensively than in the «AUTO».
Sign "air up"
Most of the air entering the passenger compartment is directed to the inner surface of the windshield and side windows of the doors. The fan is running at maximum speed.
Sign "air back"
The rear window is heated. The control lamp, which lights up when this key is pressed, goes out after 10 minutes. This mode only works when the ignition is on.
OUTSIDE TEMP
Outside temperature. Pressing this key displays the outdoor temperature. When the outside temperature rises, the indication changes by 1°C every 2-3 minutes. When the outside temperature drops, the new temperature is shown on the display immediately.
The displayed temperatures do not correspond to the actual ones if the car is moving at low speed, as well as when the engine is idling while the car is stationary.
