Engine oil must be changed after 15,000 km for gasoline engines and after 7,500 km for diesel engines. For a new car, the oil must be changed after the break-in is completed (after 1500 km). When changing the oil, the oil filter must also be replaced.
It is recommended to fill in the crankcase with oil of the same brand that was in the engine. If another brand of oil is used, first flush the engine lubrication system with oil of the brand that will be poured into the engine. To do this, drain the old oil, fill in new oil 2–4 mm above the min mark on the indicator (dipstick) oil level. Start the engine and let it idle for about 10 minutes. Then drain the oil, change the oil filter element and fill in fresh oil.
Check the density of the coolant once a year and add G11V8A concentrate if necessary. If it is not possible to add a concentrate, it is recommended to change the coolant once every 2 years. It should be borne in mind that the coolant is poisonous, so do not suck the liquid by mouth when transfusing. When working with coolant, it is recommended to wear safety glasses, do not smoke or eat at the workplace. If the liquid gets on exposed skin, they are washed with soap and water.
The gearbox oil must be changed every 90,000 km. After 15,000 km, the oil level in the gearbox should be checked and topped up if necessary. The oil level in the gearbox must be up to the filler plug. The brake fluid in the clutch drive and brake drive must be changed once every 2 years. It is recommended to carry out this operation in the spring, simultaneously with the next maintenance. FMVSS 116 DOT 4 brake fluid is used in brake and clutch drives. Brake fluid is hygroscopic, so it should only be stored in closed containers.
