The car has a ventilation system that works effectively with the windows closed. Its feature is the ability to direct air flows with different temperatures to different areas of the cabin. It is also possible to simultaneously supply cold air to the upper part of the passenger compartment and hot air to the lower part.
Cabin ventilation
To ventilate the passenger compartment, open the blower flaps on the instrument panel.
Set switch knob 1 to position .
Misted glass blowing
Set switch knob 1 to position .
Set switch knob 3 to position II or III.
In cold weather, turn on the heating switch with handle 2 for faster glass cleaning.
Cabin warm-up mode
Open all blowers.
Turn the knob 2 of the switch clockwise as far as it will go to turn on the maximum heating.
Set switch knob 1 to position .
Set switch knob 3 to position III.
After warming up the passenger compartment, use switch 2 to set the desired temperature.
Air conditioner
The air conditioner turns on when the ambient temperature is above +5°C. Always keep at least one blower open when the air conditioner is in operation, otherwise the air conditioner may become covered with ice.
Interior cooling mode
Close all windows.
Open all blowers.
Turn on the air conditioner by pressing the button 5 of the switch (at the same time, the light in the switch button lights up).
For faster cooling of the passenger compartment, press button 4 of the switch (at the same time, the light in the switch button lights up). In this case, the air intake to the air conditioner will come from the passenger compartment.
Set the required temperature with the handle 2 of the switch. For faster cooling of the air, turn the knob 2 of the switch counterclockwise as far as it will go.
Set switch knob 3 to position I, II or III. For faster cooling of the air, set the knob 3 of the switch to position III.
Set switch knob 1 to position .
Air conditioning with automatic maintenance of the set temperature
The air conditioner maintains a constant temperature within the range of +18 to +29°C. If the temperature is set outside these limits, then the air conditioner works constantly, respectively, for cooling or heating.
If, when the ignition is turned on, the control lamp to the left of the OUTSIDE TEMP button (see fig. Air conditioning control panel) flashes for 1 minute, this indicates a malfunction of the air conditioner.
When the ambient temperature is low, the air conditioner fan turns on only after the engine has warmed up. When the engine is cold, the fan can only be turned on with the and hi buttons.
If the engine overheats, the compressor may automatically shut off.
At high humidity and ambient temperature, condensation dripping from the evaporator under the car is not a sign of a malfunction.
In the event of a malfunction in the cooling circuit of the air conditioner, a protective device is activated that turns off the air conditioner.
