Drain the coolant from the cooling system by disconnecting the inlet hose from the radiator and opening the expansion tank cap.
On engine models «WC», «KR», «KU», «RT», «NF»
Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel pressure regulator, taking precautions as residual pressure in the line may cause fuel to squirt out.
Remove the injection injector mounting flange and remove the injectors.
Disconnect the fuel supply pipes to the injectors and the fuel line of the control pressure regulator from the dispenser-distributor.
Remove the fuel injection nozzle bundle.
Remove the air line connecting the air flow meter to the throttle body.
On the engine model «WH»
Remove the air filter.
Disconnect and plug the fuel supply hoses.
Remove damping valve and fuel drain bypass valve.
Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the carburetor.
Disconnect the connectors of the electrical components mounted on the cylinder head and the connector of the intake manifold heater.
On engines of all models
Disconnect the crankcase exhaust ventilation hose.
Disconnect the high-voltage wires from the spark plugs, remove the cover and the ignition distributor rotor.
Disconnect the throttle cable and secure it to the left side of the powertrain compartment.
Depending on the configuration, loosen the power steering pump mounting bolts and remove the drive belt.
Disconnect the coolant outlet hose from the radiator. Disconnect the interior heating hoses.
Remove the power steering pump mounting bolts, remove the pump and secure it to the left side of the power unit compartment.
To unscrew the cylinder head bolts, use a special twelve-sided socket wrench
Remove the inlet pipeline.
Disconnect the flange of the intake pipe of the mufflers or the exhaust manifold.
Remove the exhaust manifold.
Turn the crankshaft to the TDC position of the piston of the 1st cylinder.
Remove the camshaft drive belt front guards.
Loosen the tension of the camshaft drive belt and remove the belt from the camshaft pulley.
Unscrewing the bolt for sprinkling the camshaft pulley, previously «blocked by a retainer
Block the camshaft pulley with a clamp, unscrew the fastening bolt and remove the pulley.
Remove the rear camshaft drive belt cover.
Remove the cylinder head cover.
Turn away bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders.
Remove the cylinder head.
