Execution order
1. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the pneumatic drive (see Fig. Adjusting the engine start speed on a 2E2 carburetor).
2. Connect the vacuum pump to the pneumatic drive nipple of the hose coming from the tee.
3. Create a vacuum in the pneumatic drive to simulate its operation at forced idle. In this case, the rod should extend 10 mm from the edge of the guide bushing. If the rod stroke is less than 10 mm, then the pneumatic drive is faulty and must be replaced.
