Order of execution
1. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the pneumatic actuator (see fig. Adjusting the engine start speed at the carburetor 2E2).
2. Connect the vacuum pump to the pneumatic fitting of the hose coming from the tee.
3. Create a vacuum in the pneumatic actuator to simulate its operation at forced idle. In this case, the stem should extend 10 mm from the edge of the guide sleeve. If the stroke of the rod is less than 10 mm, then the pneumatic actuator is faulty and must be replaced.
