Execution order

1. Fully open the throttle valve of the first chamber and fix it in this position with a wooden block (shown by the arrow, 1-locking lever; 2 – limit screw; 3 – stop).
2. Close the throttle valve of the second chamber with the throttle drive lever.
3. Loosen the limit screw (2) so that it does not touch the stop (3), and then tighten the screw until it touches the stop. Then tighten the screw another quarter turn and lock it with paint.
4. Close the throttle valves.

5. Measure the internal clearance A and external clearance B in the throttle drive of the second chamber of the carburetor. Clearance A should be (0.4±0.1) mm, clearance B – (1.0±0.1) mm. If the clearances differ from those specified, adjust them by bending the ends of the lever fork (1).
