Adjusting the engine start speed at the carburetor 2E2
- 1 - restrictive throttle screw;
- 2 - throttle lever;
- 3 - movable rod of the pneumatic drive;
- 4 - pneumatic actuator of the throttle valve of the first chamber;
- 5 - adjusting screw for protrusion of the pneumatic drive rod;
- 6 - accelerator pump drive cam;
- 7 - locking screw;
- 8 - accelerating pump;
- 9 - accelerator pump drive lever
Order of execution
1. Start and warm up the engine.
2. Remove air filter (cm. subsection 6.1.2).
3. Disconnect the hose (5) (see fig. Air filter) from the thermostatic valve and plug the hose opening.
4. Disconnect the hose from the tee to the throttle actuator of the first chamber and plug the hose hole.
5. Check and, if necessary, adjust by turning the stop screw (1) (see fig. Adjusting the engine start speed at the carburetor 2E2) on the throttle lever, the crankshaft speed. It must be within (3000±200) min-1.
6. After adjustment, lock the stop screw with paint.
