Adjusting the engine start speed on a 2E2 carburetor

- 1 - throttle valve limit screw;
- 2 - throttle lever;
- 3 - movable rod of the pneumatic drive;
- 4 - pneumatic drive of the first chamber throttle valve;
- 5 - adjusting screw for the protrusion of the pneumatic actuator rod;
- 6 - accelerator pump drive cam;
- 7 - lock screw;
- 8 - accelerator pump;
- 9 - accelerator pump drive lever
Execution order
1. Start and warm up the engine.
2. Remove the air filter (see subsection 6.1.2).
3. Disconnect the hose (5) (see Fig. Air filter) from the thermostat valve and plug the hose hole.
4. Disconnect the hose from the tee to the pneumatic drive of the first chamber throttle valve and plug the hole in the hose.
5. Check and, if necessary, adjust by turning the limit screw (1) (see Fig. Adjusting the engine start speed on a 2E2 carburetor) on the throttle lever, the crankshaft speed. It should be within (3000±200) min⁻¹.
6. After adjustment, lock the limit screw with paint.
