Keihin first chamber throttle adjustment
Squeeze the lever with pliers.
- 1 - throttle actuator lever of the first chamber;
- 2 - rod of the pneumatic actuator of the throttle valve of the first chamber
Unbending the lever with a screwdriver.

- 2 - rod of the pneumatic actuator of the throttle valve of the first chamber
Order of execution
1. Warm up the engine.
2. Remove air filter (cm. subsection 6.1.2).
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) from the pneumatic drive (2) throttle valve of the first chamber.
4. Connect a control tachometer in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Start the engine and let it idle.
6. Check the speed on the control tachometer, it should be 3500 min-1. If necessary, adjust the speed by bending or unbending the fork of the throttle valve drive lever of the first chamber.
7. Remove the carburetor and use feeler gauges to check the opening of the throttle valve of the first chamber, which should be on models with a manual transmission (1,3±0,1) mm, and on models with automatic transmission (1,5±0,1) mm. If necessary, adjust the throttle opening slightly by bending / compressing or unbending / unclenching the lever fork.
