Adjusting the opening of the throttle valve of the first chamber of the Keihin carburetor

Squeezing the lever with pliers.

Bend the lever with a screwdriver.

Execution order
1. Warm up the engine.
2. Remove the air filter (see subsection 6.1.2).

3. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) from the pneumatic drive (2) of the first chamber throttle valve.
4. Connect the control tachometer in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Start the engine and let it idle.
6. Check the rotation speed on the control tachometer; it should be 3500 min⁻¹. If necessary, adjust the rotation speed by bending or straightening the fork of the first chamber throttle drive lever.
7. Remove the carburetor and use feeler gauges to check the opening of the first chamber throttle valve, which should be (1.3±0.1) mm on models with a manual transmission, and (1.5±0.1) mm on models with an automatic transmission. If necessary, adjust the opening of the throttle valve by bending/compressing or unbending/unclenching the lever fork.
