Execution order
1. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
2. Connect the control tachometer and gas analyzer in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Adjust the idle speed to (750–850) min⁻¹ with the stop screw of the first chamber throttle lever (shown by arrow).
4. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose.
5. With a screw (see fig. Keihin carburetor mixture quality (composition) adjustment screw) set the level of carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust gases to no more than (1.0±0.5)%. Check and, if necessary, restore the idle speed, as well as the CO content in the exhaust gases.
