Keihin Carburetor Choke Lever
- 1 - air damper drive lever;
- 2 - pneumatic drive rod;
- 3 - elastic band fixing the lever;
- 4 - pneumatic actuator of the air damper;
- 5 - body of the automatic starting device
Keihin carburetor choke start gap adjustment
- 1 - air damper drive lever;
- 2 - thrust lever;
- 3 - air damper pneumatic actuator;

Order of execution
1. Remove air filter (cm. subsection 6.1.2).
2. Remove the automatic starter cover (see fig. Keihin carburetor parts).
3. Turn the choke lever anti-clockwise as far as it will go and lock it in this position.
4. Push the stem in the direction of the arrow (see fig. Keihin Carburetor Choke Lever) pneumatic drive to the stop.
5. Measure the starting clearance of the air damper with feeler gauges. He must be (5,6±0,15) mm.
6. If necessary, adjust the gap by bending / compressing and unbending / unclenching the lever fork (see fig. Keihin carburetor choke start gap adjustment).
