Execution order
1. Lubricate the pushers 19 (see Fig. Cylinder head, camshaft and valves), cams and journals of the camshaft 18 engine oil.
2. Install adjusting washers, if any, into the tappets, with the inscription facing down.
3. Install the pushers 19 in their places in accordance with the previously made markings.
4. Install camshaft 18 on bearings so that the cams of the 1st cylinder are directed towards the tappets.
5. Install bearing caps 15 in their places. Tighten nuts 17 for fastening bearing caps No.2 and 4 and tighten them diagonally until the camshaft is fixed in the bearings.
6.Tighten bearing nuts No.1 and 3.
7. Tighten all nuts diagonally to 20 Nm (2.0 kgf·m)
8. Lubricate the seal with engine oil and use a mandrel to press it flush with the surface of the bolt head.
9. Install key 14, put gear 11 on the camshaft.
10. Tighten bolt 12 with washer and tighten to 80 Nm (8.0 kgf·m).
