Execution order
1. Loosen the tightening of nut 14 (see Fig. Gear shift rod (type II)) terminal connection of the front and rear gear shift control rods.
2. Remove the lever handle 8 (see Fig. (Gear shift control mechanism (Type I)) and casing 7.
3. Place the gear shift lever vertically on the 3rd and 4th gear engagement line.
4. Tighten the terminal connection with bolt 12 (see Fig. Gear shift rod (type II)) and nut 14, while gear shift lever 2 must be in neutral position.
5. Engage 1st gear.
6. Press the gear shift lever all the way to the left.
7. Release the lever. It should return 5-10 mm.
8. Engage 5th gear.
9. Press the gear shift lever all the way to the right.
10. Release the lever. It should return 5-10 mm.
11. If the lever movement does not fit within the specified ranges, it is necessary to make adjustments. This can be achieved by moving bracket 23 (see Fig. Gear Shift Lever (Type II)) to the right or to the left.
12. Check the clarity of all gear shifting.
