Instructions, The initial conditions for correct adjustment of the gear selector are the following: perfect execution of the control elements and transmission of the engagement drive. The gear selector gear selector has an easy movement. The gearbox, clutch and clutch drive must be in perfect condition. The gearbox is in the idle position.

Unlock the gear selector and shift cable lock: Pull the shift cable and gear selector cable locking mechanism forward until it stops in the direction of the arrow. Then turn the sliding sleeve in the direction of arrow "2" until it stops. This ensures that the sliding sleeve is locked. The cable should move in the lock.

Lock the gearshift shaft as follows: Move the gearshift lever "1" downwards in the direction of arrow "A" onto the engagement track of the 1st and 2nd gears. When moving the gearshift shaft downwards, slightly press the locking pin "2" in the direction of the gearshift shaft, and then turn the locking pin "2" 90° in the direction of arrow B until it locks perceptibly. The locking pin "2" must point vertically upwards. This locks the gearshift shaft and prevents it from moving any further.

Lift the cover of the shift lever "1" in the direction of the "arrow" from the center console. Turn the cover upwards over the handle.

Lock the selector as follows: move the gearshift lever from the neutral position to the left onto the 1st and 2nd gear engagement track. Insert the locking pin "T10027 A" through hole "A" into hole "B". Make sure that the gear selection cable and gearshift cable are inserted into the cable retainer without mechanical stress.

Turn the safety mechanisms on the shift and gear selection cables in the direction of the arrow until they stop and release them. The spring will return the safety mechanism to its original position.

Now return the locking pin "A" to its original position "arrow direction". The locking pin "A" will then extend slightly from the gearshift mechanism cover. The locking pin "A" should be fully extended from the gearshift mechanism cover and in a horizontal position. The shift shaft should be able to move in the direction of gear selection (up and down).

Remove the locking pin «T10027 A» from holes «A» and «B». Install the gear shift lever boot.

Remove the locking pin "T10027 A" from holes "A" and "B". Install the gear shift lever boot.

Function

The gearshift lever should be in neutral on the 3rd and 4th gear engagement track. Engage the clutch. Go through all the gears several times. Pay particular attention to the operation of the reverse gear lock. If jamming occurs when re-selecting the gear, it is necessary to check the play (run) of the shift shaft as follows: engage 1st gear. Press the selector to the left until it stops and release it again. At the same time, monitor the shift shaft on the gearbox (2nd mechanic). When moving the gearshift lever, the shift shaft stroke should be about 1 mm in the direction of the "arrow". If this is not the case, adjust the gearshift mechanism again.
