Every 30,000 km of run it is necessary:
1. Check and, if necessary, adjust the tension of the accessory drive belt (generator, power steering pump, etc.).
2. Check the tightness of the lubrication system. If oil leakage is detected, tighten the fastening of the lubrication system components.
3. Check the tightness of the power system and the condition of the hoses. If fuel leakage is detected, tighten the nuts, fittings and hose clamps. Replace hoses that are cracked, torn, or if the rubber has lost elasticity.
4. Check and, if necessary, adjust the idle speed and carbon monoxide content (SO) and hydrocarbons (CH) in exhaust gases.
5. Replace spark plugs. Clean high-voltage wires and spark plug tips from dust and dirt.
6. Replace fuel filter.
7. Replace the air filter element.
8. For diesel engines, check and, if necessary, adjust the tension of the camshaft drive belt.
9. Check the compression in the engine cylinders.
Every 12,000 km on a diesel engine, replace the camshaft drive belt and the high pressure fuel pump drive belt.
Once a year you need:
1. Check the tightness of the cooling system and the condition of the hoses. If a coolant leak is detected, tighten the hose clamps. If the hoses show cracks, tears, or if the rubber has lost its elasticity, replace the hoses.
2. Check the coolant level and top up if necessary. Check coolant density and top up concentrate if necessary.
3. Change the crankcase oil and oil filter.
4. Check the tightness of the exhaust system.
