Execution order
1. Test drive and check whether the steering wheel automatically returns to the straight-ahead position after turning. The steering wheel should not have any noticeable play.
2. Adjust the steering mechanism with the adjusting bolt. Adjustment should be carried out with the vehicle on the ground, with the front wheels set to the straight-ahead position.
3. Carefully tighten the adjusting bolt by 20°. If during a test drive the steering wheel does not automatically return to its original position when exiting a turn, loosen the adjusting bolt slightly. If a large amount of play is felt in the steering wheel, tighten the adjusting bolt slightly.
