Rack and pinion steering must work without play from one extreme position to another. Servo control is not adjustable.
With the vehicle on the ground, slowly turn the steering wheel to the left and right. In this case, the play should not be felt, otherwise it should be adjusted.
Set the wheels to the middle position.
Slowly screw in the adjusting screw by approx. 20°.
Check adjustment during a test drive.
If the steering moves hard and does not return to the middle position on its own, the adjusting bolt should be loosened.
The steering still has play: screw in the adjusting bolt a little.
