Front suspension
Type - Independent, with coil springs, telescopic shock absorbers, lower arm and anti-roll bar
Rear suspension
Type - Transverse torsion axle containing longitudinal suspension arms, diagonal rod and coil spring with telescopic shock absorbers. Self-leveling suspension installed on some models
Installing the front wheels
Setting the toe-in — 0° +5' (toe-in) -10' (discrepancy)
Camber — -30'±30'
Maximum camber difference between sides is 30'
Longitudinal inclination of kingpin:
- Direct acting steering models - -15'±40'
- Power steering without self-leveling suspension — +50'±40'
- Power steering with self-leveling suspension - +1°5'±40'
- Max. difference in longitudinal inclination of kingpin between sides — 1°
Installing the rear wheels
Camber — -40'±30'
Maximum camber difference between sides is 30'
Setting the toe-in on each wheel:
- To Chassis No. EA 085 288 — +15'±10' (toe-in)
- All other models - +10'±5' (toe-in)
