Removal fuel hoses and tubes
Cleanliness is the first commandment when working on the fuel system. Before work, you must clean at least the area in which you will be working, so that dirt does not get into the open fuel line.
Removing the clamps: use pliers to squeeze the metal loops. This will cause the clamp to expand, after which the pipeline hose can be removed using rotational movements.
If this is not possible, place a small open-end wrench on the end of the hose and use it to loosen the clamp.
When installing, you must use bolted connections instead of clamps.
When working with models with a 4-cylinder engine with a power of 85 kW and produced before 6/92 and with a 5-cylinder engine, it should be borne in mind that the fuel system is under pressure even long after the engine has been switched off.
When removing the fuel line, keep a rag handy to prevent fuel from accidentally splashing into your eyes.
