Removal
1. Disconnect the hose (see fig. Hydraulically operated clutch) from the working cylinder and plug the hose hole.
2. Knock out the locking pin and remove the slave cylinder from the clutch housing.
Disassembly and assembly
1. Remove the retaining ring (see Fig. Hydraulically operated clutch) and remove the pusher from the cylinder body.
2. Remove the mudguard.
3. Remove the piston and spring from the cylinder body.
4. Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve, then unscrew the valve from the cylinder body.
5. Remove the cuff from the piston.
6. Rinse the parts with clean brake fluid and wipe dry.
7. Assemble the clutch slave cylinder in the reverse order. In this case, the cuff should be oriented with the working edge towards the spring, having lubricated it with clean brake fluid beforehand.
Installation
Install the clutch slave cylinder in the reverse order. After installation, bleed the clutch hydraulic drive (see subsection 7.3.4).
