Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the hose (see fig. Hydraulic clutch) from the working cylinder and plug the hose opening.
2. Knock out the locking pin and remove the slave cylinder from the clutch housing.
Disassembly and assembly
1. Remove retaining ring (see fig. Hydraulic clutch) and remove the pusher from the cylinder body.
2. Remove the dirt cover.
3. Remove the piston and spring from the cylinder body.
4. Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve, and then unscrew the valve from the cylinder body.
5. Remove the collar from the piston.
6. Rinse the parts with clean brake fluid and wipe dry.
7. Assemble the clutch slave cylinder in reverse order. In this case, the cuff must be oriented with the working edge towards the spring, having previously lubricated it with clean brake fluid.
Installation
Install clutch slave cylinder in reverse order. After installation, bleed the clutch hydraulic (cm. subsection 7.3.4).
