Removal
1. Clamp the hydraulic hose of the slave cylinder.
2. Loosen the hydraulic hose connection nut on the cylinder.
3. Loosen the mounting bolt and remove the cylinder, disconnecting the hose.
Repair
1. Remove the cover and pusher.
2. Remove the retaining clip and remove the piston and spring.
3. Clean the cylinder components and inspect them for wear. Replace the cylinder if necessary.
4. Dip the new seal in hydraulic fluid and install it on the piston.
5. Place the spring and piston in hydraulic fluid and insert them into the cylinder.
6. Install the new mounting clamp.
7. Replace the plunger and boot.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
