Removal

4. On models with 01E gearbox, unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the elastic plate. Remove the bearing and lever.

Inspection



Check the bearing for ease of rotation. Replace the bearing if it is worn.

3. Install the lever and bearing in place. Tighten the mounting bolt. Install the lever on the ball joint so that the spring clip secures the lever.

4. On models with 01E gearbox, install the intermediate mount onto the lever, then install the lever and bearing in place. Tighten the mounting bolt.
