Disconnect the ground wire from the battery with the ignition off.

Pull the safety mechanism on the shift cable and on the selection cable forward until it stops "arrow 1" and then lock it by moving it to the left "arrow 2". Remove the lock washer "arrow 3" and remove the intermediate gear selection lever "A". Remove the gearbox selector "B", for which unscrew the nut "arrow 4".

Remove clamp "1" of the tubular-hose line from the working cylinder. Pull out tubular hose "2" from the master cylinder and close the hole. Unscrew the bolts of the working cylinder "3". Remove the working cylinder.

Installation



Install in reverse order, while it is necessary to lubricate the ends of the pushrod with consistent grease with MoS2. Secure the slave cylinder to the gearbox "3". Press the locking bracket "1" until it stops. Insert the tubular line "2" into the slave cylinder until it locks audibly. Install the gearshift mechanism components on the gearbox. After installing the slave cylinder, bleed the air from the clutch assembly. Adjust the gear selector linkage.



Tightening torques:
  • Clutch booster cylinder to gearbox: 25 Nm
  • Gear shift lever to gearbox: 20 Nm
