Clutch release mechanism:

Clutch release mechanism:
1. KP
2. Ball joint, 25 Nm, lubricate with MoS2 plastic grease
3. Replace radial seal ring for drive shaft
4. Guide sleeve with sealing ring. The sealing ring is fixed on the guide sleeve. If the sealing ring is damaged, replace the guide sleeve, lubricate the guide sleeve near the release bearing with MoS2 grease
5. Spring latch, secure the clutch release lever
6. Bandage, 20 Nm
7. Clutch release lever, remove and install together with release bearing
8. Release bearing. Do not wash the bearing, just wipe it, replace bearings that make a loud noise, lubricate the mating surface of the clutch release lever with MoS2 grease
9. Bolt, 23 Nm
10. Working cylinder
11. Pusher. Lubricate the ends of the pusher with MoS2 grease
12. Mounting screw. Protects the clutch release lever when installing the gearbox. Unscrew after installing the gearbox. If there is no mounting bolt, you can use an M8x35 bolt


Remove and install the clutch release lever with the release bearing



Remove the spring «arrow 1». Remove the clutch release lever «arrow 2» and the release bearing.…


Remove the spring "arrow 1". Remove the clutch release lever "arrow 2" and the release bearing. Install in the reverse order.
