Removal
Compress the brake fluid reservoir feed hose "A" with a hose clamp up to 25 mm "3094". Disconnect hose "A" from the clutch master cylinder. Remove clamp "B" of the tube-hose line from the master cylinder until it stops. Pull out and close the tube-hose line "C" from the master cylinder. Press clamp "B" again until it stops. Remove the pads from below on the driver's side.
Now unscrew the clutch pedal support pad completely as follows: unscrew the fastening nuts "arrow 1" and remove the connecting plate "arrow A". If present, disconnect the GRA switch. Then unscrew the bolts or nuts "arrow 2" fastening the support bracket "arrow B". Remove the support pad.
Disconnect the drive rod/master cylinder from the clutch pedal as follows: insert the pliers "T10005" into the recesses of the clutch pedal. Squeeze the "arrow" fastener and disconnect the clutch pedal from the master cylinder.
Turn the clutch pedal stop "A" in the "direction of the arrow" and pull it out.
Then press the master cylinder first to the stop in the "direction of arrow 1". In the upper area it should not be covered by the servo spring support "arrow 2". Then remove it in the "direction of arrow 3". from the support cushion.
Installation
Installation in reverse order, taking into account that the fastening "A" must be on the drive rod "B" of the master cylinder. To fix, press the clutch pedal in the "direction of the arrow", while paying attention to the correct fixation.
Reinstall the clutch pedal stop "A". Position: the bracket "arrow" points towards the master cylinder "B". After installing the slave cylinder, bleed the air from the clutch assembly.
Press the locking bracket "A" until it stops. Insert the tubular line "C" into the master cylinder until it locks into place. Push the bypass hose "A" onto the brake fluid reservoir until it stops. After installing the master cylinder, bleed the clutch assembly.
