- 2 - ball pin;
- 3 - holder;
- 4 - washer;
- 5 - sealing ring;
- 6 - oil seal;
- 7 - guide bushing;
- 8 - spring clamp;
- 9 - clutch release fork;
- 10 - clutch release bearing
Replacement
1. Remove the gearbox.
2. Using a screwdriver, remove the spring clip securing the holder to the ball joint.
3. Remove the clutch release fork with bearing from the guide sleeve.
4. Remove the holder from the fork.
5. Remove the bearing from the fork.
6. Insert the holder pin into the fork.
7. Lubricate the fork support surfaces with graphite grease and install the fork on the guide bushing. At the same time, install the holder on the ball pin.
8. Install the spring clip, securing the holder onto the ball joint.
9. Insert the clutch release bearing into the fork at an angle of 45°. Then install it on the guide sleeve.
