Remove the support bracket. Remove the servo spring "2".

Remove the support bracket. Remove the servo spring «2».


Remove the locking pin "1". Remove the bearing shaft "2", for which lift the locking tongue "arrow A" and at the same time turn the bearing shaft in the direction of arrow "B". Remove the bearing shaft "2" and remove the clutch pedal "3".

Installation



Installation in reverse order. Lubricate all bearing and contact surfaces with grease "G 000 450 02". Insert the clutch pedal "3", install the bearing axis "1" and fix it in the direction of arrow "A". The locking tongue "2" should lock onto the pedal bracket. Install the locking pin "4". The protrusion on the pin "arrow B" should enter the groove on the clutch pedal.

Installation in reverse order. Lubricate all bearing and contact surfaces with grease «G 000 450…


Install the servo spring. Install the support bracket.
