First check the spring assembly or clutch pedal sensor for noise. If there is noise, remove the spring assembly and repeat the check. Replace the corresponding part.

The clutch pedal remains on the floor during installation (do not press the clutch pedal) or does not return to its original position

Check whether the clutch pedal returns completely to the resting position and, accordingly, whether the ventilation hole in the master cylinder is free. Watch for pinched footwell upholstery or carpets, or a blocked clutch pedal sensor. Explain to the customer that he should not rest his foot on the clutch pedal. The self-ventilation function of the clutch drive may be impaired, since the ventilation hole in the master cylinder cannot perform its function. Only if the ventilation hole is not clogged - does the hydraulic clutch drive continuously bleed air on its own. The ventilation hole is located in the clutch master cylinder. It is not visible from the outside.

Check the entire hydraulic system for leaks

Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir. Visually inspect the working and master cylinders, tubes and hoses, their connections for external leaks. If leaks are detected, replace the corresponding part. Bleed air from the clutch system.

High pedal force: mechanical defect of pressure plate/clutch disc.

Pedal force: approx. 140 N for the entire duration of clutch operation.

The clutch does not disengage or does not disengage completely

Bleeding the hydraulic system and clutch system or checking for leaks outside and inside the hydraulic system. Heavy movement of the clutch disc when engaging with the input shaft. Defective needle bearing in the driven disc (primary shaft centering bearing), replace the needle bearing. Foreign body in the clutch. Mechanical defect of the pressure plate/clutch disc. During repair work, the wrong parts were installed, or some parts were not installed (for example, an intermediate plate, guide bushings between the engine and the gearbox).
