Execution order
1. Lubricate the camshaft cams, journals and tappets with engine oil.
2. Install adjusting washers 8 into the pushers 7 with the inscription facing down, if they were removed (see Fig. Cylinder head, camshaft and valves).
3. Install the pushers in place in accordance with the previously made markings.
4. Place the camshaft on the bearings so that the cams of the 1st cylinder are facing the tappets.
5. Install the 10 bearing caps in accordance with the previously made marks. Tighten the nuts of the 2nd and 4th bearing caps diagonally until the camshaft is fixed in the bearings.
6. Tighten the nuts of the bearing caps 1, 3 and 5. Then tighten all the nuts diagonally to a torque of 20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m).
7. Lubricate the seal 20 with engine oil and press it in using a mandrel flush with the surface of the cylinder head 19.
8. Install key 11 and gear wheel 12 on the camshaft.
9. Tighten bolt 14 with washer 13 and tighten to a torque of 80 N·m (8.0 kgf·m).
