Order of execution
1. Remove door trim (cm. subsection 11.9).
2. Remove the inner handle rod of the door lock from the holder and disconnect it from the handle.
3. Unscrew the four bolts securing the inner door panel, located at the corners. In this case, the thickness and position of the expansion elements for each bolt should be noted. The front upper mounting bolt is located under the rubber seal of the outside rearview mirror.
4. Remove the inner door panel assembly upwards.
5. To do this, remove the spacer ring from the guide rod, remove the plastic washer and the rubber gasket. Lower and remove the door glass.
6. If necessary, remove the window regulator. Remove it in the same way as removing the power window (cm. subsection 11.15).
7. Insert the glass from below and fix the glass clip on the window lifter slider finger with a retaining ring, having previously installed the rubber gasket and washer.
8. Temporarily install the power window handle and lower the window until it stops.
9. Align the lower part of the window guide so that the pin (1) glass was in the middle of the glass guide.
10. Raise the glass up to the stop.
11. Align the lower part of the power window guide so that the glass rests on the seal around the entire perimeter of the window, and especially in area A.
12. If the glass does not fit snugly or deforms the seal, then it is necessary to adjust the position of the glass with a screw.
13. Install the inner panel on the door from above, making sure that the lock rod enters the hole, and fix it at the corners with four bolts, while installing the appropriate compensation elements.
14. Connect the cable of the inner handle of the lock to the lever and fix it in the holder.
15. Install the interior door trim.
