2. Fill the expansion tank with refrigerant to the top, then proceed as follows according to the model.
4 cylinder engines
3. Fill the system until bubble-free water appears at the start fuel switch (photo), then press the switch. Install the switch wire contact.
4. Top up the expansion tank until the level reaches the minimum mark on the side of the tank.
5. Install the filler cap, run the engine until the cooling fan turns on, then stop the engine.
6. Allow the engine to cool, then add fluid to the expansion tank if necessary. When the engine is cold, the fluid should be at the minimum mark. The level will rise by approximately 20 mm when the engine warms up.
5 cylinder engines
7. Start the engine, add coolant as needed until the level remains constant, then install the expansion tank filler cap.
8. Let the engine run until the cooling fan turns on, then shut it off.
9. When the engine is cool, add fluid to the expansion tank until the level reaches the minimum mark on the side of the reservoir. With a warm engine, the level should rise by approximately 20 mm.
