2. Fill with coolant. liquid into the expansion tank, to the level marked below the seam.
5 cylinder engines
3. Unscrew the bleed screw located on the heater return hose from the baffle to the coolant pipe. fluid on the left side of the engine.
4. Fill with coolant. liquid into the expansion tank, to the level marked below the seam.
5. Clamp the bleeder valve when cool. liquid will flow out without air bubbles.
6. Add coolant. liquid to the level mark below the seam (label "minimum" on some models).
All engines
7. Establish and clamp a cover of a broad tank.
8. Start the engine, set it to fast idle until the electric cooling fan turns on, indicating that the engine has warmed up to normal operating temperature.
9. Stop the engine, then check the coolant level. fluid in the expansion tank. At normal operating temperature, cool. the fluid should be slightly above the level mark, but with a cold engine it should be at the level mark.
10. If necessary, allow the engine to cool, then add coolant. liquid up to the mark. Install and tighten the filler cap.
