Doors and trunk lid
Door hinges are maintenance-free. You can, however, sometimes drip oil into them.
Lock cylinders on doors and trunk lid or trunk lid must be lubricated with grease.
Trunk lid hinges (luggage compartment) needs to be oiled. A rag should be substituted so that the oil does not drip into the trunk.
Lock cylinder
At the beginning of the cold season, you should drop a rust protection agent into the key slot. It provides lubrication, prevents moisture penetration and protects against rust and freezing in winter.
Hood
With the help of an assistant, the bonnet lock cable must be pulled into the interior of the passenger compartment. In the place where the cable comes out of the sheath, a little grease should be applied and, by repeatedly moving the lever, ensure that it gets inside the sheath.
Lubricate the hood latch and lock lever in the front bar with grease, or use a spray lubricant.
Lubricate hood hinges and locking hooks with oil or spray grease.
