Coolant sensor location for five-cylinder engines

- 1 - Fan motor block;
- 2 - radiator;
- 3 - coolant temperature sensor
The coolant temperature sensor is located on the cooling jacket pipe in four-cylinder engines, and in the cooling system radiator in five-cylinder engines.
Execution order
1. Drain the coolant (see paragraphs 1–3 of subsection 4.1).
2. Disconnect the wires from the sensor.
3. Unscrew the sensor (3) or (30) (see Fig. Cooling system of a four-cylinder engine).
4. Install a new sensor, connect the wires to it, fill with coolant.
