Execution order
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Drain the coolant (see paragraphs 1–3 of subsection 4.1).
3. Disconnect the supply line (3) (see Fig. Cooling system of a 4-cylinder engine) or (20) (see fig. Cooling system of a 5-cylinder engine) and the outlet (9) or (13) radiator hoses.
4. Disconnect the hose going from the expansion tank to the radiator and remove the tank.
5. Disconnect the wiring from the fan motor, coolant temperature sensor and fan switch.
6. Unscrew the radiator mounting bolts from below.
7. Unscrew the bolts securing the upper radiator casing 22 or 9 and remove it.
8. Unscrew the radiator mounting bolts at the top and the nut at the bottom, approximately in the middle, if there is one.
9. Remove the radiator with the fan shroud and fan facing up.
10. Install the radiator in the reverse order. Before installing the radiator, check and, if worn, replace the rubber bushings of the radiator mount and the buffer. When installing the radiator shroud, make sure that the hood lock drive cable passes through the corresponding hole.
