1. Bolt: 9 Nm.

7. Nut: 9 Nm.

10. O-ring seal: Replace.
11. Gasket: replace.
12. Bolt: 9 Nm.
13. Connecting pipe of system hoses. cooling.
14. Radiator outlet coolant temperature sensor "G83": 2 Nm.
15. Sealing rings: various diameters; replace.
16. Nut: 9 Nm.
17. Coolant pipe, rear.
18-20. Bolt: 9 Nm.
21. Left upper tube of the system. cooling.


Removal and installation the coolant temperature sensor "G62"



Cold engine. Remove the engine cover "arrows". Briefly open the expansion tank cover. tank to relieve residual system pressure. cooling, and then screw the lid on until it clicks into place. Disconnect plug connection "2". Remove retainer "1", coolant temperature sensor "G62".

Installation



Installation in reverse order. Replace the seal. o-ring. To avoid coolant loss, insert the coolant temperature sensor "G62" into the hose. Install the stretcher. Check the coolant level.

Installation



Installation in reverse order. Replace the seal. to avoid coolant loss, immediately insert the new radiator outlet coolant temperature sensor "G83" into the threaded hole. Check the coolant level.

Remove the engine cover "arrows". Remove the air duct hose by loosening the hose clamps "arrows".

Clamp the coolant hoses with hose clamps "3094" and disconnect them by loosening the hose clamps "1". Unscrew the bolts "3" and disconnect the radiator pump system. eGR from the holder.



Disconnect plug connection «4». Unscrew nuts «2» and remove the radiator pump system. eGR «V400»…


Installation



Installation in reverse order. Connect the air duct hoses using threaded clamps. Check the coolant level.
