Coolant pipes, coolant temperature sensor, coolant circulation pump

1. Bolt: 9 Nm.
2. Left lower tube of the system. cooling.
3. O-ring seal: Replace.
4. Radiator thermostat system. recirculation.
5. Coolant pipe, rear right.
6. Bolt: 9 Nm.
7. Nut: 9 Nm.
8. Mounting bracket.
9. Coolant temperature sensor "G62".
10. O-ring seal: Replace.
11. Gasket: replace.
12. Bolt: 9 Nm.
13. Connecting pipe of system hoses. cooling.
14. Radiator outlet coolant temperature sensor "G83": 2 Nm.
15. Sealing rings: various diameters; replace.
16. Nut: 9 Nm.
17. Coolant pipe, rear.
18-20. Bolt: 9 Nm.
21. Left upper tube of the system. cooling.

Removal and installation the coolant temperature sensor "G62"

Cold engine. Remove the engine cover "arrows". Briefly open the expansion tank cover. tank to relieve residual system pressure. cooling, and then screw the lid on until it clicks into place. Disconnect plug connection "2". Remove retainer "1", coolant temperature sensor "G62".

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Replace the seal. o-ring. To avoid coolant loss, insert the coolant temperature sensor "G62" into the hose. Install the stretcher. Check the coolant level.

Removal and installation the coolant temperature sensor at the radiator outlet "G83"

Cold engine. Open the expansion tank cover briefly. tank to relieve residual system pressure. cooling, and then screw the lid on until it clicks into place. Remove the engine cover "arrows". Disconnect the plug connection "2". Unscrew the coolant temperature sensor at the radiator outlet "G83" "pos. 1".

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Replace the seal. to avoid coolant loss, immediately insert the new radiator outlet coolant temperature sensor "G83" into the threaded hole. Check the coolant level.

Radiator pump system. exhaust gas recirculation "V400"

1. Nut: 9 Nm.
2. Radiator pump holder system. exhaust gas recirculation "V400".
3. Expansion sleeve.
4. Bolt: 2.7 Nm.
5. Nozzle.
6. Radiator pump system. exhaust gas recirculation "V400".

Removal and installation the radiator pump system. exhaust gas recirculation "V400"

Remove the engine cover "arrows". Remove the air duct hose by loosening the hose clamps "arrows".

Disconnect plug connection "4". Unscrew nuts "2" and remove the radiator pump system. eGR "V400" from the engine. Clamp the coolant hoses with hose clamps "3094" and disconnect them by loosening the hose clamps "1". Unscrew the bolts "3" and disconnect the radiator pump system. eGR from the holder.

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Connect the air duct hoses using threaded clamps. Check the coolant level.

Coolant circulation pump "V50"

1. Holder.
2. Mounting plate.
3. Coolant hoses.
4. Coolant circulation pump "V50".
5. Bolt: 2.7 Nm.
6. Bolt.

Removal

Remove the engine cover "arrows". Disconnect the plug connection "2". Clamp the coolant hoses with hose clamps "3094" and disconnect them by loosening the hose clamps "1". Unlock the retainer "arrow", remove the coolant circulation pump "V50" upwards from the holder.
