Coolant pump and 4/2-way valve with thermostat
1. Coolant pump
2. Bolt: 15Nm.
3/4. O-ring: replace.
5. 4/2-way valve with thermostat: The thermostat is located inside the 4/2-way valve and cannot be replaced separately.
6. Bolt: 15 Nm.
Removal and installation a 4/2-way valve with thermostat
Drain the coolant. Remove the engine cover "arrows". Remove the air duct hose by loosening the hose clamps "arrows".
Unscrew nut "1". Press plug connection "2" with the holder to the side.
Remove the oil dipstick and unscrew bolt "1". Press clamp "2" using the "80-200" lever. Remove the oil guide tube. dipstick up from the cylinder block and press it to the side.
Unscrew bolt "2", remove from the left lower tube of the system. cooling with 4/2-way valve.
Remove bolts "2". Disconnect the coolant hoses by loosening hose clamps "3" and lifting clamp "1". Remove the 4/2-way valve with thermostat.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Replace the seal. o-ring. Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the appropriate series. Install the dipstick guide tube. Connect the air duct hoses using threaded clamps. Install the left lower coolant pipe. Connect the coolant hose using a coupling. Fill with coolant.
