Execution order
1. Clean the generator from dirt and dust.
2. Unscrew the mounting screws and remove the voltage regulator with the brush holder.
3. Loosen the tie bolts and remove the generator cover from the drive side with the rotor.
4. Lightly clamp the rotor by the pole pieces in a vice and unscrew the pulley mounting nut.
5. Remove the washer, pulley and fan with gaskets. Remove the key from the rotor shaft.
6. Press the rotor out of the generator cover.
7. Loosen the bolts and remove the bearing cover.
8. Press the bearing out of the generator cover.
9. Press the bearing off the rotor shaft.
10. Unscrew the screw and remove the capacitor.
11. Unscrew the nuts and remove the washers, gaskets and insulator.
12. Remove the three screws securing the stator winding terminals to the rectifier unit and remove the stator from the cover.
13. Remove the screws and remove the rectifier unit from the cover.
14. Assemble the generator in reverse order.
