Heating and ventilation system

  • 1 - lower air duct;
  • 2 - air supply adjustment mechanism;
  • 3 - fan;
  • 4 - air supply duct;
  • 5 - cable;
  • 6 - connecting cuff;
  • 7 - rear air duct

Heater flap levers

  • 1 - air supply damper lever;
  • 2 - radiator flap lever;
  • 3 - temperature control flap lever;
  • 4 - lower air duct damper lever;
  • 5 - side air duct flap lever

  • 1 - Engine ventilation pipe;
  • 2 - retaining ring;
  • 3 - washer;
  • 4 - figured washer;

Execution order



1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Drain the fluid from the cooling system (see subsection 4.1).

3. Remove the wiper arms and the water drain cover.

4. Disconnect the cable from the air duct flap lever.

5. Disconnect the cable from the heater radiator flap lever.

6. Disconnect the cable from the lower air duct flap lever under the instrument panel.

7. Disconnect the connectors with wires from the heater.

8. Disconnect the air ducts from the heater.

9. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the hoses from the heater radiator.

10. Remove the heater.

11. Turn the jack handle clockwise to raise the car enough to lift the wheel off the ground. Completely unscrew the wheel mounting bolts and remove the wheel.

Removal and installation the heater electric motor



1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the wiper arms and the water drain cover.

3. Disconnect the cable from the air duct flap lever.

4. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the air supply duct.

5. Disconnect the connector with wires from the opposite side.

6. Remove the retaining ring. Then remove the washers.

7. Remove the electric motor with the fan impeller.

8. Install the heater motor in reverse order.
