Order of execution
1. Disconnect wire from «negative» battery terminals.
2. Drain the liquid from the cooling system (cm. subsection 4.1).
3. Remove wiper arms and plenum cover.
4. Disconnect the cable from the air duct damper lever.
5. Disconnect the cable from the heater core damper lever.
6. Disconnect the cable from the lower air duct damper lever under the instrument panel.
7. Disconnect the wiring blocks from the heater.
8. Disconnect the air ducts from the heater.
9. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the hoses from the heater core.
10. Remove heater.
11. Turn the jack handle clockwise to raise the vehicle until the wheel is off the ground. Completely unscrew the wheel bolts and remove the wheel.
Removal and installation of the electric motor of a heater
1. Disconnect wire from «negative» battery terminals.
2. Remove wiper arms and plenum cover.
3. Disconnect the cable from the air duct damper lever.
4. Loosen the fixing screws and remove the air supply duct.
5. Disconnect the block with wires on the opposite side.
6. Remove retaining ring. Then remove washers.
7. Remove motor with fan impeller.
8. Install heater motor in reverse order.
