Note: The spare parts include a two-piece rear wheel over-wheel housing. The inner half-housing is welded directly to the body floor power frame, and the outer half-housing is welded to the wing panel.
Check the geometric characteristics of the body using the control points. Drill out the contact welding points securing the rear wing and remove the wing (see above). Chisel off the part of the half-shell adjacent to the luggage compartment floor as close to the mating line as possible, drill out the contact welding points with the luggage compartment panel. Clean and prepare the mating surfaces, apply a layer of electroplastic paste or zinc-containing primer to the contact welding areas to prevent corrosion. Prepare and install a new half-shell, perform preliminary assembly. After welding the inner half-shell and installing the wing panel, restore the protective coating of the bottom and apply a bead of sealant to the joints of the mudguard with the floor and the luggage compartment panel.
