Removal



1. The fuel shut-off valve is located on the top of the distributor head on the high-pressure fuel pump. First, clean the area around the valve to prevent dirt from entering the fuel system.

2. To remove the valve, unscrew the nut and disconnect the wiring (see illustration).

3. Unscrew the valve and remove the O-ring, spring and plunger.

Installation



4. Install in reverse order, but before installing, clean all components and tighten the valve to the specified tightening torque Specifications.
