Instructions. The fuel changeover valve, which was installed before 10.2002, blocks the return of fuel to the fuel tank when the fuel temperature in the fuel return line exceeds 72°C to protect it from thermal damage. In this case, the diverted fuel is sent directly to the supply line.

Remove the right heat shield in front of the fuel tank. Install the receiver under the switching valve. Mark the fuel lines and remove them by pressing the release buttons. Unscrew the bolt "arrow". Remove the switching valve.

Installation is in reverse order, taking into account the following: screw on the switching valve so that the valve protrusion "1" stops on the clamp "2" as shown in the figure.
