2. To avoid problems and loss of time, the engine assembly is carried out in the following order.
- A) Crankshaft (paragraph 13).
- b) Pistons with connecting rods (paragraphs 14 and 15).
- V) Oil pump (chapter 2A or 2B).
- G) Pallet (chapter 2A or 2B).
- d) Handwheel/faceplate (chapter 2A or 2B).
- e) cylinder head (chapter 2A or 2B).
- and) Timing belt tensioner, sprockets and belt (chapter 2A or 2B).
- h) intake and exhaust manifolds (see relevant part of chapter 4),
- And) Attached engine components (see list in paragraph 5 this chapter).
3. At this stage, all engine components must be absolutely clean and dry, with defects corrected. Lay out the components (by your containers) on a completely clean desktop.
