Practice shows, however, that in any case, problems on this side are extremely rare. Sensors, switches and wire connections are much more likely to fail. Therefore, if there is a problem, proceed as follows:
Check all fuses related to the injection system (No. 17, as well as fuses in the electronics box in brown, red and yellow jacket). They are allright?
Check if the ignition system is OK.
Check fuel supply.
Perform a visual inspection of the injection system components.
If the fault was not found in this way, check the list of faults at the end of the chapter, determine the possible source of the fault, check the suspicious part against the control diagram.
If this does not help, have the memory of the fault memory stored in the workshop interrogated as part of the vehicle diagnostics. However, this will only help if the battery has not previously been disconnected, since this completely erases the memory of the fault memory.
