Execution order
1. Reduce the pressure in the fuel system (see p. 3 of subsection 6.2.2).
2. Unscrew the valve plug from the distributor housing (see Fig. Main elements of the fuel injection system). Remove the plug sealing gasket.
3. Remove the sealing ring, adjusting washers, spring, plunger and second sealing ring. Replace defective parts. It is not recommended to replace the adjusting washers so as not to disturb the valve adjustment.
4. Reassemble the valve in reverse order, replacing the sealing rings. Tighten the valve plug to 25 N·m (2.5 kgf·m).
